1. The service

Ictora is infrastructure that detects user-defined patterns in live market data and delivers signed notifications (webhook, Telegram, Discord). It is a technical tool, not a broker, exchange, adviser, or trading system.

2. Not financial advice

Ictora does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice and makes no recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Alerts are outputs of rules you define. Any trading or financial decision you make is your own, made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your patterns, your use of the alerts, and any resulting gains or losses.

3. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that detection is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, timely, or that every event will be detected or delivered. Market data originates from third parties (e.g. the exchange) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. During beta, features may change or break.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, attempt to break tenant isolation or security, resell access without permission, or exceed your plan’s limits by technical means. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and delivery endpoints secure.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees exclude VAT unless stated. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ictora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for any trading, investment or financial loss, lost profits, or missed/erroneous/late alerts. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €100 if greater is not applicable). Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

You may stop and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes are subject to the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
